Update: 26 year-old Vincenzo Panetta of Barrington NH has been found guilty on all charges in the 2023 death of Rochester resident Zachary Colbroth. Colbroth fell from a downtown Portsmouth parking garage after an alteration that also allegedly involved 26 year-old Andrew Lucas. Panetta, among other charges was convicted of negligent homicide in the 2023 incident. Lucas also faces. negligent homicide counts among others.
