Breaking Update One Marconi is off the hook, the other at this point still faces a trial. Anna Barbara Hantz Marconi, a NH State Supreme Court Judge is pleading no contest to charges relating to her discussion with Governor Chris Sununu about her husband‘s pending trial. It means there will be no serious crime conviction and no jail time, just a $1200 fine on a misdemeanor charge. The deal was worked out with the state Attorney General‘s office. As for Geno Marconi, New Hampshire, Port Authority director, at this point, he would still face a trial on felony charges in February. Stay tuned.
