Another prominent Seacoast New Hampshire region figure has been jailed. Justin Nadeau, a former attorney in Portsmouth has been sentenced to up to 20 years in prison for illegally taking money that a client won they sustained a traumatic brain injury.
41 job vacancies in Manchester schools won’t be filled, because of a budget deficit of $12.9 million. Manchester’s school committee has voted not to fill the vacancies to help close the gap.
Families of the New Hampshire Air National Guard have greeted them home after their deployment to the Middle East. They are National Guard members serving four months deployment in support of operation Epic Fury.
Boston will be the site of the tall ships visit this summer, and nonprofit Sail Boston expects some 1 million visitors to see them.
