Massachusetts hiker 61-year-old Kent Wood was found dead in Franconia notch in the White Mountains. New Hampshire, NH Fish and Game said that he was apparently unprepared for snowy conditions in the mountains. and they say that the West Roxbury Massachusetts man began hiking in warm weather Saturday. Conservation officers located him some 5 miles from his vehicle.
Retired Concord police detective, Mark McGonagle was in court explaining why the department didn’t obtain a warrant to ping his cell phone data during a search for Logan Clegg in the murder of a local couple. Serving 100 years in prison, Clegg objected to using Verizon cell phone data to track him to Vermont.
Drunken drivers implicated in deaths in New Hampshire will face longer license suspensions. That’s a result of legislation signed by governor Kelly Ayotte. The new law takes place beginning of next year, and replaces the six months suspension To nine months.
The nominated Chairman of the Federal Reserve, has been either revered like Winston Churchill or reviled at a hearing in Washington. Kevin Warsh would replace current chair Jerome Powell, whose term will be up. As his confirmation hearing, you’ll hear from an avid Republican supporter, and just as avid opponent, Massachusetts Democratic Senatorher Elizabeth Warren.
While Olivia Andre, 19 has been held in detention by ICE agents. Her mom and two siblings have been released. She is originally from the Republic of Congo and is living in Portland Maine. They say they don’t know why, and US representative Chelly Pingrey. Has been trying to find out why.
