New Hampshire US Senator Maggie Hassan is critical of the arms sale agreement between the US and Israel.
I evaluate all sales of military equipment on a case-by-case basis. In this case, my assessment is informed by President Trump’s and Prime Minister Netanyahu’s reckless decision to go to war, a war that has cost American service members their lives, undermined our national security, and increased costs beyond the breaking point for many American families.
Pakistan is continuing its bid to mediate the war between Iran and the United States. Lately the country’s top Military official and Interior Minister have gone to Tehran. And President Trump told the New York Post that More peace talks could take place in Pakistan over the next few days. Meanwhile, the US blockade of Iranian ports is designed to choke off its export of oil. So far, peace talks have yielded no results.
New allegations of abuse at the Sununu Youth Services center have emerged, leading to an investigation by the New Hampshire Attorney General’s office. That follows alleged physical and sexual abuse of inmates in the 1990s. This new investigation was announced during the state executive council meeting.
It seemed like a miracle to survive a fall from a seventh floor window. But that’s what occurred when a four-year-old boy fell from that height in Worcester, Massachusetts. Afterwards, he was found breathing and conscious, and was said to be in reported to be in stable condition.
One state is dealing with the dangers of kids addicted to the video game Roblox. It’s Nevada. Other states are also involved after the game owner agreed to pay $12 million, most of which will go to nonprofits like Boys and Girls club.
