If a two week cease-fire holds between the US and Iran, President
Trump‘s threat against that country looks to be successful. The country
of Pakistan intervened to turn down the rhetoric and the violence,
with the idea that Iran’s closure of the Strait of Hormuz would
end.

Artemis two is home-bound, after it’s swing around the moon.
The four crew members took thousands of photos during their
moon flyby, which resulted in the farthest spacecraft travel ever
by a human, even eclipsing those of the Apollo flights.

A Portsmouth New Hampshire woman has shared her grief at the
electrocution of her chocolate lab dog while walking past the high

A proposed millionaires tax to provide $300 payments to most
Maine residents is not sitting well with some business
organizations. They include the Maine chamber of commerce
which pushed back about the supplemental budget to fund these
payments. They contend that residents could move out of state
faced with a surcharge on their 7.15% tax.

Sales of high-end condominiums in the 13 Sample
Seacoast Towns set a new March record. But the spring real
estate market got off to a mixed start, according to statistics just
released by the Seacoast Board of REALTORS.
There were 12 condominium sales of $1 million dollars or more

even as the median price of a condominium for the first three
months of 2026 fell 8 percent from 2025 to $535,000. The March
median sales price slipped 12.3 percent to $510,000. Sales
volume for the period was essentially flat at 56 sales.

Housing issues in the state have been recently discussed in a
paddle of experts at a webinar sponsored by New Hampshire business
Review publication. One of the three, Alexandra Galantis of Housing NH spoke of the declining ability of potential purchasers and renters in the state to pay for their
housing.
