While it may not be quite as riveting as the Karen Read murder trial, there’s another Massachusetts courtroom drama playing out. It features a broken romance, a custody battle, and a charge of assault against a woman who is the one who was shot. A short time romance between Kelsey Fitzsimmons a North Andover, Massachusetts, police officer and North Andover firefighter Justin Aylaian produced a baby,

The state of New Hampshire may be getting some high-level support in its battle to end yearly auto inspections. The Environmental Protection Agency is fast tracking the states request to clear its plan to do away with the annual inspections. And right now, the state has suspended, asking inspection stations to return stickers.

WMUR TV is reporting that the owner of a building in Tamworth didn’t have a permit for the wedding gathering at the so-called Sap house. One person of six injured when the floor gave away has still been hospitalized at Main Medical Center. The others were helped out of 8 foot falls to the basement by rescuers, and fire officials say that there was no permit issued for that structure. it was required for gatherings over 100 people, and they were 144 guests inside.


Hampton Falls school department is under fire by the state for refusing transfer there  of a student being bullied at a school in Seabrook.. Janet Dow’s son she said has been consistently bullied, hit, pushed and kicked. The state Board of Education approved his transfer to a different school, requiring Hampton Falls to accept it. But the Hampton Falls board basically just said no. that action took place in February, and the youth has not been in school since then.

Now the national transportation safety board is involved in the crash of an Air Canada passenger jet with a piece of fire fighting equipment on the runway. It killed both pilots, and the crash injured three dozen passengers of the 72 on board. An air traffic controller was heard to say stop stop stop to the fire truck, before the fatal crash. All of that runway at LaGuardia in NYC are reopened now, but one investigator with NTSB has been delayed by long lines at security checkpoints.

The nation has a new homeland, security secretary, Markwayne Simmons. Meanwhile, outgoing secretary, Christie Noem is under fire for spending thousands of taxpayer dollars. on her video advertisement that featured her on horseback helping president Donald Trump. she was fired anyway.
