Adam Montgomery of Manchester New Hampshire has vigorously denied killing his daughter Harmony. Still, he faces 30 years in prison for gun charges. And the judge in the case said she is not handing out that penalty relating at all to young Harmony’s disappearance and presumed death. He said in court,

“I did not kill my daughter, Harmony, and I look forward to my upcoming trial to refute those offensive claims,”

The gun charges conviction comes before his trial in the death of 5-year-old Harmony.

Maine and New Hampshire are in the crosshairs for  another round of flooding.

BREAKING: Police in Nashua are investigating yesterday afternoon ‘s head on crash that killed one person and hospitalized others. They say that a Honda crossed the median strip and struck a jeep on Amherst Street. The Honda driver has died in the crash. The accident closed that portion of Amhurst Street for six hours.

Oldsmobile in crash photo by Portsmouth Police

UPDATE: Portsmouth police are investigating the fatal pedestrian accident in the city that occurred earlier today.  It happened before 5 AM when the unidentified 53-year-old male was struck downtown near Prescott Park. He was pronounced dead after being taken to Portsmouth Regional Hospital. He was struck by an Oldsmobile sedan driven by a 50-year-old woman.  She is said to be cooperating with Police in the investigation into the tragedy.
