Breaking: New Hampshire judge Amy Messer has imposed a 45 years to life sentence on Adam Montgomery of Manchester. In Hillsborough Superior Court additional consecutive sentences have been imposed for assault and mutilation of a corpse, his 7 year old daughter Harmony. the judge took into account his past decade of crime as well as the impassioned victim statements delivered in the courtroom. Adam Montgomery only spoke “no” to her question whether he disagreed with the terms. As of now, Harmony’s body has not been found.
