Update: Despite support from President Trump, former New Hampshire governor Chris Sununu said he will not be a candidate for the US Senate in the 2026 race to replace New Hampshire Senator Jeanne Shaheen. He told WMUR TV that it could mean 12 more years, and a run would not be right for his family.
