New Hampshire US Senator Jane Shaheen has come down strongly against the nomination of Tulsi Gabbard as Director of National Intelligence. She spoke on the floor on the issues of Gabbard’s relationship to Russia specifically and her defense of Edward Snowden, charged with revealing classified US government surveillance programs. . Gabbard ultimately won Senate confirmation by a 52 to 46 Senate vote

Maine Senator Susan Collins has come out in favor of the nomination of Robert F Kennedy Junior as Health and Human Services secretary.

The pilot whose small plane crashed into trees near the end of the Hampton Airfield is OK. His plane is not.

It’s a case of a suspicious death of an elderly woman in Exeter.

President Trump is expected to meet with Marc  Fogel just released from detention in Russia.
