UPDATE:

A Pedestrian knocked off his feet in Hampton Beach is hospitalized. It was a town cruiser that struck the unidentified person Sunday night, on the street near the Ashworth by the sea. The collision caused the individual to wind up on the hood of the cruiser after being hit. The officer rendered first aid at the scene. There is no word on the person’s injuries and State Police are investigating the accident.

Maine has made it official. This thing has become one of the least restrictive in terms of abortion availability. Governor Janet Mills has signed into law the measure that allows the procedure by doctors’ orders when the fetus becomes viable outside the womb. It passed the House narrowly, but with more supporters in the Senate. Opponents say that the new law will open up more abortion demands through birth.
