Winter is keeping it’s icy and snowy hold on New England just weeks before the official start of spring. For southern New Hampshire, there has been a winter weather advisory posted for slippery road conditions. That’s because of snow mixing with freezing rain as winter keeps its grip. There have been hundreds of school closing or delays this Friday morning, but forecasters say warmer weather is headed this weekend.
