It looks like Southeastern Massachusetts was right in this latest snowstorm’s bull’s-eye. And New York City looks like it was hit by a bomb cyclone as weather forecasters like to put it. In this blizzard of 2023, tens of thousands are without power this morning. In New England up to 2 feet of snow is possible in the New Bedford Mass area Nearly 2 feet in parts of New Jersey. Blowing snow has reduced visibility for drivers, so travel is not recommended. Parts of New Hampshire, especially in southern New Hampshire have been hit hard by the snow. Interstate highway advisories are up in New Hampshire and Maine with speed limits at 45 mph.
A report obtained by TMZ Indicates that the man shot by Secret Service agents at the Florida estate of President Trump was mad about The Epstein files, released by the federal government on the late accused child molester. He is 21-year-old Austin Tucker Morton of North Carolina. Morton is a Trump supporter, but had spoken about powerful people getting away with it. In a news conference, Secret Service and federal FBI agents talked about the man’s actions before being shot to death.
A border patrol agent shot a man by returned fire after being shot at in northern New Hampshire. there is a little information about the actual incident itself near the Canadian border. But it is known that the person shot has been hospitalized. The agent was not hit. it happened after midnight Sunday and right now federal agents are working on evidence collection.
Bay State pool supplies appears to be the company that will take over the former Smuttynose brewing Property in Hampton. The firm has gained approval to store chemicals to be used by the company at the site off Route one. And this week, a local board will consider the plan to separate the closed restaurant on site into another parcel of land to be operated by Finest Kind. Brewing. Bay states pool supplies is based right now in Stratham, NH.
US hockey players and coaches at the Winter Olympics are celebrating their gold medal today. In overtime, the team defeated Canada in a hard fought game by a 2 to 1 score. and since the miracle on ice to beat the Soviets in 1980, the US has had little success against the Canadians. Before now there have been two gold medal losses against the team up north.
