Weather forecasters are predicting mid 30s high temperatures today, similar to yesterday’s weather. According to The Weather Channel, there should be a mix of sun and clouds. The prediction is for high temperatures to rise to the low 40s for the weekend.
What isn’t yet known officially about a person who apparently shot himself outside a condemned bookshop in Portsmouth is the name. What is known as that that Antiquarian book shop’s proprietor, 80 year-old Walter Hamilton Has been ordered to remove the thousands of books outside the building on Route One. what is known as The man shot himself, resulting him hospitalized in Boston. New Hampshire has a new Supreme Court justice, Dan Will was confirmed buy a 4 to 1 vote at the monthly Executive Council meeting in Concord. He will succeed retiring judge Barbara Hantz Marconi. Will has most recently served on the Superior Court acting as the states first Solicitor General.
The City of Nashua has prevailed in Ortolano v. City of Nashua, NH et al (1:22-cv-00326), a federal civil rights lawsuit filed by Nashua resident Laurie Ortolano. she had challenged the city, accusing it of violating her first amendment rights. She was arrested for trespassing on private legal offices. In an interview with this reporter, she said that the city had failed to. fairly assess her property against that of the neighbors’ property.

Eva Mendez had been detained for two weeks at Logan lInternational Airport. A decade ago she was convicted of shoplifting. Now, an immigration judge. dismissed a case against 40-year-old Mendez, of Woonsocket, Rhode Island. her attorney said she was released from confinement that included the airport, plus 3 months in custody. her husband and children are all US citizens. She holds a green card.
The hunt for alleged kidnapped Arizona resident Nancy Guthrie continues, with no suspects in custody. But, FBI Groups did locate a black glove from a road in the vicinity of her home. They are not saying whether that discovery is related to her disappearance.
