Weather forecasters point out that there is a winter weather advisory for snow starting this evening at 5 PM ending tomorrow morning at 7 AM. 1 to 3 inches possible. temperatures they say will hover around 34° for a high today, 39 by tomorrow dopping to 35 on Thursday.
The family of Massachusetts state police trooper trainee Enrique Delgado Garcia is finally seeing some justice from his death. That’s because four training academy instructors. are facing court for involuntary manslaughter. He died in 2024 after a boxing match at the Academy.
New Hampshire US Senator Maggie Hassan has returned from a weekend trip to Greenland, reassuring officials there the US has no intention to invade. Hassan pointed out to WMUR TV that a 1951 Agreement with the Danish and Greenland governments that any expansion there would require a special request By those officials.
Maine is joining Minnesota in one issue. Both states are in the target by the federal government for alleged Medicaid fraud. Maine also needs to clean up its act, Dr. Mehmet Oz said on Instagram. Oz is administrator for The US centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Maine governor Janet Mills says that the state has received a request for information about state efforts to stop fraud.
New Hampshire governor Kelly Ayotte said she was kept unaware that the feds would consider ICE detainments in Merrimack. ACLU-NH released documents showing the feds plan to purchase a warehouse in the town to house detainees. Ayotte called her lack of inclusion unacceptable, and accepted the resignation of State official Sarah Stuart, commissioner department of natural and cultural resources.
