The Portsmouth city Council has continued a removal hearing against planning board member James Hewitt.  Last night the council held a lengthy session, after the city attorney accused he would’ve malfeasance while in office. She is seeking his removal for the allegation. The  attorney representing him.  Argued that Hewitt operated according to planning board procedures, and deserves to keep his seat. 

 I recorded last night and will continue this evening at 6 PM in this highly charged issue.
